Splash Damage, any plans to talk to the game's top players?

We actually want view kick to have a noticeable disruption, it further rewards the player for hitting you, and further punishes you for being shot. It puts more emphasis on positioning, anticipation, reflexes etc.

There's already punishment for being shot: you take damage. "Realism" already has its own place called battlefield and cs:go. We dont need that shit.

moves the game a little further from being purely about left-right-strafe spam and tracking, which widens the competitive skill set and makes things more interesting.

First of all, if you actually play this game properly, its A LOT MORE than just strafing and shooting. You also seem to think that strafing and tracking is too easy and boring so it needs some randomness. It only makes people to camp more in a game that is designed to be fast paced. Instead of watching people who spent shitload of hours praccing movement and tracking (+gamesense) to fight it out fairly, you want some rng that will nullify all that practice the guys have put in? If you already managed to flank someone, you already have big advantage.

Lets say you have 2 equally skilled players with perfect positioning and reflexes, without aimpunch it will be like chess or poker, loser will be the one who makes the first mistake. Now with your aimpunch, its just romplete raffle about who shot first. What if player A has 20 ping and player B has 80 ping? Reflexes or positioning wont help much when someone will register their shots first anyway. You cant position yourself better forever and when someone gets you, you are already fucked. Earlier I could at least try to out duel my enemy even if he flanked me but now its pretty much GG against good players and next time I should just camp and hope for the first shot (or Ill just go play cs then).

Instead of making the game easier for bad players, upload some duel maps and sandbox mode where people can practice stuff. Aimpunch wont make anyones reflexes better or make them play better, it just makes people really pissed.
