I am absolutely shocked the fact that Asahina died even though it's actually predictable from her conversation with naegi.
We can now point out the possible suspects (considering the room is only accessible through the door) * Miaya [HIGH SUSPECT] I can't really point out if she was truly asleep because the camera is viewing from above, and it was also possible that she might have pretended to be asleep (we see both naegi and asahina was drugged and then went asleep). She was also pointed out as being one of the suspects in this episode (this can possibly be a clue) * Gozu [HIGH SUSPECT] It was obvious Gozu is a high suspect because we didn't see him together in the last frame with Naegi, Asahina and Miaya going to sleep (this is actually smart because if we really did see him sleep, we can rule him out of the suspect to-be list) * Chisa [LOW SUSPECT] I label her as a low suspect because It's just unimaginable how she would be the killer for the future arc even though she states herself that she died in despair arc. However, her death wasn't the same as the opening isn't acceptable either.
Some of the clues we can point out * THE KNIFE. is it just me or the knife used to stab Asahina is just very familiar? * THE DOOR I had to repeat the locked room scene, and as Naegi awakes, the door isn't open but we can't also see if the locker is still standing up or not. We know the killer is only one, and if it is true that the killer isn't Miaya / Gozu, we can somehow point out the killer might be a man who would be able to barge the locked door.
