Whoever keeps upvoting and downvoting this over and over (there's not that many people on right now), feel free to keep mulling it over. But post a response please, I want feedback on this. Can someone please confirm for me that if my post is getting upvoted and downvoted about 50 times per minute, yet never moving more than one vote up or down from where it was, and it is not at the top of "Controversial" for the hour, it is in fact one person pressing up and down repeatedly?

Talk about cringe: you think you understand technology and this is your self-centered conclusion? that one person is sitting there up/down over and over just because of your comment?

What are you doing, sitting there hitting refresh over and over and ("about 50 times per minute") watching the vote count?

Reddit has multiple servers in a cluster and they often have voting inconsistency, and each refresh uses a load balancing system... and you may not get the same server - and it's counts compared to the previous refresh are often off by some small percentage of the votes. And they have some anti-spam 'fuzzing' that may or may not introduce similar behavior. So, what you are likely observing is your own ignorance of how load balancing of reddit servers works - and not some obsessed /r/MrRobot user (or client API bot) who is pressing up/down on your posting. It's you staring into a computer AI and thinking it's a human. A kind of reverse-Turing test.
