I still don't understand how a lot of Asian are pro-affirmative action when it is basically racism against Asians

I went to a minority-majority school district. An interesting thing happened in middle and high school, things got segregated. I recall seeing the “advanced” math classes were mostly East Asian and white, while the lower-tier classes were black, latino and I was the lone SE Asian in them. Same deal in high school, the AP/Honors classes were mostly East Asian - and they all ended up at the UC system after high school. I walk around Cal, I see mainly East Asian. I got downvoted for a previous comment - but there are parallels between affirmative action, special ed, and government assistance(SNAP/food stamps and welfare/TANF) and SE Asians are more dependent on government assistance than East Asians.
