Optimistic and happy go lucky but sorry, not reality. If a white and asian kid theoretically started out with equal opportunity, the white would eventually "win" every time. Considering Whites make up 60% of the population, by default whites are more "connected" than Asians are. A rich Asian doesn't automatically get "connected" to whites. Asians also don't hold any positions of power, whites do. And whites control politics, business and own most of the wealth. White people aren't working for the Asian community, they are working for the white community. Sorry I'm not sure what they told you but they've got you good and it might be too late to save you.
