I was using it as an example to the first part of my sentence which was to say, some CULTURES (not societies, that's your word) are more specific about biological sex characteristics, like gynecomastia. (man boobs is a derogatory way of putting that, it's bad enough men aren't allowed to have hurt feelings and suicide is wayyyyyyyy up for men in the western world, do you have to actually use degrading terms for a biological condition?)
If I said what you think I said, i would have cited that culture. My use of gynecomastia was intentional because it's a male condition that replicates a common female biological sex trait. It's not a subtle example, like full lips, wide hips, or shortness. (Sexual dimorphism traits).
