Stunned by Rey Rivera Clue that No One Seems to Discuss

For what it's worth, I am a mental health professional and people who have a psychotic break typically do so in their late teens/early 20's. To have this happen in your 30's with no prior psych history is virtually unheard of. In addition to this, psychotic people don't typically go to work every day and keep their schedules and relationships intact. It just doesn't sound like a psychotic episode to me, and I have done this work for a very long time. The note itself seems much more organized than most persons diagnosed with psychosis are able to put together. Not saying it would never happen, but it is highly unlikely. It would seem he was justifiably fearful of something IMO.
