I'm not sure that LKWD members have enough time for voting. Don't know did you play when they have daily choice, but when I remember that I don't think that is good idea that they chose winner. Not to mention that many players who vote for prizes would be very angry if they take them down voting. Maybe would if they change how voting works, replacing that you get price after you vote for 10 people without showing who have better %. That way people would vote for those who they think it's better, not for those who they think it will give better price. Option that you can use shoes and hair as required items for themed contest need to remove. That way players couldn't use old outfits that they know people will vote.
