Well, Radahn is easy if you have any kind of ranged attack, especially scarlet rot from rotten breath. Just keep summoning NPCs to distract him and kill him from range or use scarlet rot, or both. 1 play style is hard mode, and a lot of people still play like this is Bloodborne where all you had was your dodge. Play as melee with no shield all the time and some bosses are going to destroy you with long combos. Play as ranged all the time and some bosses are going to destroy you with range closers.

It's not cheesing to use all of the tools in the game. If a boss has nine million HP and can one shot you, the game is telling you to try something different. The dragon on the bridge in Caelid has about 5 times the HP and damage as other dragons up to that point with restricted movement. Use scarlet rot and poison and just stay out of range. The magic dragon in the swamp is way easier as a ranged battle on horseback. Meanwhile lots of bosses can staggered or bled, so melee shines there. I killed Rennala on my second attempt because bleed and melee destroy and her adds.

Valiant Gargoyles are bullshit though, until I figure out a weakness, lol.
