My gpu suddenly clocks higher introducing artifacts, normally in the past i have try to make it go as high as possible, so power target, was set to 125%, memory clock 15400, voltage +100, and boost clock 1881, and the higher the clock went was like 2040mhz, today the clock was going to 2070-2085 and there was artifacts, i had this configuration for over 2 months without any issue, i recently upgrade my i7700k to a i7 9700k with a asrock z390 phantom, but that was even like 2 weeks ago, and everything was fine, i lower the boost clock and power, now is functioning fine, but it does not go beyond 2000mhz, any ideas... thank you. its a asus 2080 strix. and on latest drivers.
