RTX 4090 Owner Hits Nvidia With Lawsuit Over Melting 16-pin Connector

Definitely agree on the rma and the greed albeit nowhere near nvidias greed imho; and i would refer to him as a smart asshole and not just an asshole. Personally I'd rather someone robinhood their ass, they have the money and I'm sure his claim is valid in a legal sense. Might as well pay the guy or all 40 series owners and implement proper fixes and warnings after. There can be warnings online and official statements but if it's not included within the product packaging or on the product itself then it means absolutely nothing and holds 0 merit legally. Just because I own a 4090 doesn't mean I have access to the internet or know how to use the internet type shit.

It's all dumb but I don't see any wrong doing on Lucas' part. Then again I work for a company that's probably larger than Nvidia. I know how scum of the earth these businesses are, it's all PR and bullshit, trust me they hate you and only love your money, regardless of what they say. Therefore I'm all for this even if it is objectively stupid as fuck.
