Shrooms are pretty weird. Can vary widely.

On the same homogenized batch, I've had different experiences almost every time. Some times its more or less introspective. Have had one extremely introspective experience which was very enlightening for me. One time it just made me really sleepy and I was dazed out for most of it. Another time it was very euphoric and erotic. Some times it makes me really sociable, just wanting to talk to people. Sometimes I can listen to music and it's amazing. Like hearing my favorite music again fresh. Sometimes I get amazing visual effects, like textures fractalizing, or seeing rainbowed lens flares from everything. Other times nothing visual at all.

I can't say I've had a single bad experience though, but to be honest, despite having dealt with a lot of depression and emotional trauma in my life, I've spent a lot of time and energy working through all that before ever trying the substance.

I mainly tried it because of the results showing its benefits for depression from various studies, and I can say for myself it has helped me.
