Definitely comes down to consent and rights.

A woman should be entitled to rights on whether or not to bear child. Rights to decide what it does to their body, circumstances that caused the pregnancy and how it affect their life or of the child’s eventually.

To your point, no one have the consent to go around and kick pregnant woman, killing their kids / creation.

You (not you) can be a vegetarian, shower once a week, be an atheist, be religious, wear a tinfoil hat, or whatever. Feel free to live your life the way you want to, as long as your actions are not affecting other people. But don’t go around dictating how someone else should live theirs.
