Being skinny is not that hard, please stop saying it’s “genetic” and has nothing to do with what my not eating meat, dairy, and alcohol.

By “too many” I mean “more than what your body needs.” Calorie demand increases with calories burnt and decreases with sedentary lifestyle. And is even lower if weight loss is required. But if you’re aware of it could be aware of the demand and continue to exceed it, it’s too many calories.

If I have that 120-200 cheap sugary Quaker bar for breakfast and that’s all I eat with my coffee, it really has very little impact. It would be far lower calorie for me to eat that than bacon and eggs and potatoes, or some kinds of cereals. I think calorie awareness is what I do for every meal following and how I even out my food choices. If I ate vegetables the rest of the day I’d still be low cal and healthy.
