Eh, 1) virgins are kind of crap at guessing how much they'll actually like sex wise or what they'll like about sex, so she may not know without any experience, 2) people's libidos can change a lot depending on age/stress/etc, 3) someone can be high libido but not enjoy sex with you and not be as interested (i.e, no amount of libido can make anyone interested in sex with someone who is extremely selfish in bed, etc).

Basically, look for someone that you have good chemistry with and who you can have honest conversations with and make an effort to be a good partner. But there's no secret way to figure this out without actually just talking to them.
