I would make your own mod, do a 'gamestart' one. They're easy.

You can just clone another game start for a base setup even.

Anyway, then you can alter the starting criteria however you see fit.

The reason I'd go this route, is you can adapt it to whatever start you want from then on once you get it down.

I.e. maybe next run you want to start with 1 limb of 4 and so on.

For my other comments;

They were not intended as some elitist stuff, only that we do start as weak/strong as others etc. I'm a hardass about proper info is all, I don't care at all about cheating and stuff like that, or whatever anyone wants, but I do care about proper info. Players starting with all 1's is as fair as the game is to itself, bla bla bla.
