I did a shop keep run through so the nobles UC and Traders guild are my people.

Yamdu died in a HN raid, both nobles in Heng are alive.

Tried running away saving loading and running back he didn’t respawn. Tried importing with the run away and run back technique. I am doing everything that mad lad suggested and kidnapped the leader of the leader of the Sheks and about to go raid Tinfist. But he’s gone. I’d import dead NPCs but Stoat’s noble died which is immersive for why I took over Okran’s Shield. I also took their raid leader captive.

I know my captives are gone now cause of the import but it didn’t work anyways

Is Yamdu gonezo without a full NPC import? Read a few things about his unique npc and infinite yamdu’s which I’m not trying to do I just want my Boy back Lol
