Theresa May will trigger Brexit negotiations without Commons vote

You can't really escape that fact that the UK has one of the best military's, the best intelligence services and one of the most innovative economics within Europe.

I would speculate we get more privileges because we contribute more. It's hardly like Leavers we're asking for the moon and stars, the EU had plenty of time to compromise and reform freedom of movement but it never happened.

And people constantly talked about the effect brain drain has on other nations during the debate. The argument most certainly was 'Let's make the EU better for everyone', reform was the ideal outcome for most but nobody within the EU wanted to listen.

The tone in my mind was always been 'Let's make sensible mutually beneficial compromise or people will vote out because they don't like the decisions being made'. It's democracy, not a threat. The EU had plenty of time to stop making stupid decisions, improve their image and win votes.

I didn't vote Leave but the protectionist and authoritarian direction the EU has been heading in rightly doesn't fill people with confidence.
