The body gets enlightened? Then why bardo teachings? And why can't it be done with chemicals if it's physically based? Heart and guts = prana nadi and bindu? Prana, nadi and bindu are said to be on the level of subtle energy. Support for the mind. Mind rides prana through the channels. The fundamental basis of Tantra is the idea that they're functionally equivalent: You can do prana work to bring prana into the central channel, thus causing samadhi. Or you can do mental practices to achieve samadhi, in which case prana follows. Nothing to do with "heart and guts".
