Things twitter hates #10425: AI Anime

As an artist my kinda based take on this whole thing is that animators and artists/ designers that work for large corporations or just create what they are told for money/ on commission might as well just be human algorithms.

There is nothing artistic about it. You just take the inputs and then spit out the desired result. This process was always going to be automated at some point.

That's not what being an artist is about, and you shouldn't be an artist if you want to make money.

And when it comes to the the teaching of the algorithm; every artist uses other artists material as inspiration or reference. It's in the nature of art. If you don't want it to be used, don't put it online - or anywhere really.
