You're a bit misinformed on this aspect. They didn't say "Uh... It's not" and left it at that. People poked further and they said it was simply promotional material made for the trailers. Whether that's the truth or not is up for debate, but they never left it at "It's not cut content."

Here's the actual quote from the transcript

It wasn't that Koji was expected to be there, it's that the interviewer had thought that the author was actually Koji under a different pen name, which was not the case.
Extended Soundtrack and The Lost Tapes release a significant amount of time after MGSV release. Which also just makes Konami look worse in regards to cut content.
This isn't exactly anything that's new in terms of game OSTs go. As far as extended tracks go, it's pretty common for them to release quite a while after. The Lost Tapes was 99% in the game, with the only exception being Defiance and DEATH METAL GEAR, with the latter being a joke song released on youtube by Ludwig after Ground Zeroes. They aren't exactly suspicious anymore now that they've actually been released.
If the entire point of Venom is to divert attention away from Big Boss, what sense does is make to have Big Boss lead Venom out of the hospital, unarmed?
This isn't exactly a point towards there being unexplained stuff that requires more content, it's just a question of logic. Ultimately, the answer is that they weren't expecting the attack to happen right then and there so Big Boss didn't have time to go.
Overall, this is a pretty nice list, all things considered. I feel like there's a lot more that could specifically be topped onto the Disarmament aspect that nobody really considers, but that's a yet unproven conclusion that could likely be nothing altogether. But yeah, nice list.
