Tips for insomnia

I’ve been in the same boat many times. (Right now is a pretty good example). Honestly I didn’t think that anything could be done until I saw a doctor on campus who helped. I got some temporary prescriptions to help with my insomnia. They’ve been short term but I’ve been back a few times to the same doc for prescription renewals. I’ve had amazing experiences with the doctors on campus.

Personally, weed didn’t really help. Other suggestions like warm milk before bed (lol), no screens, meditation, melatonin, etc etc were no match for my insomnia. But definitely give it a shot if you’re up for it and find what works for you.

I hope this is helpful! Good luck!
