[serious] Profs who take forever to upload multiple choice exam marks, why?

I don't know what department the course is taught in and who the prof is..keep in mind the prof could also be making grade corrections.

If the class average was higher then the previous year the prof may try to curve downwards..if the class average was lower then last year then the prof might be trying to curve upwards.

Carleton doesn't like it if too many people get A's or if too many students got D's. Sticking with the everyone must earn there marks throught blood sweat and tears Carleton teaching philosophy.

I'm not going to mention who the prof is and what course it was...all I will say is it happened in the science department. The final class average was shifted to the left so the prof curved all are marks so that the distribution was an even curve if you ploted all are marks on a spreadsheet.
