So today I had to file a police report against CEX.io

Hi, I Am also waiting for withdrawal with no feedback what is going on with my hard earned money. I made also some investigation about this whole situation, and it looks strange like for company that telling that everything is alright.

Facts: 1. You are taking money and not sending them to it's owners, teling with auto respons that it overwhelms you. If you were solvent it shouldn't be a problem for company with such a big experience in market.

  1. The beneficiary that gets this money through is a company Crypto Sp. z o.o. created in 2016, what is more it has just not even 1500$ share capital what is also a little wierd like for raliable partner.

  2. The bank in Poland Crypto Sp. z o.o. uses, the Banku Spółdzielczym in Skierniewice is unexpectedly small for bank that could deal with so many transfers. In 2011 it had assets amounting to approximately USD 13 million and achieved an annual profit of about USD 5 million - that is nothing compared to the turnover which is currently brought him by CEX customers

  3. To make things weirder 1% of shares of Crypto Sp. z o.o. belongs to Ivan Manuel Molina Lee, who has many companies in Panama, so I assume its president for rent for them. The rest 99% of Crypto Sp. z o.o. belongs to Crypto Capital Corp.

I don't dont say it's anything wrong with that, but after you make so mach problem with withdrawing money it all adds up and look like intended action, and there are more facts like this about it.
