You just said you don't want to engage with a set of ideas because you don't like the consequences if those ideas happen to be true. What if you're wrong?

Yes, men are innately sexist because heterosexuality is sexist. Sorry, that's the reality of evolved human nature. Women evolved to gather, be sexually attractive to men and to bear children. Men evolved to hunt, fight one another and compete for women. Women's and men's bodies are testament to this fact. There is no reason women have visible breasts other than to attract men. There is no reason men have strong bones in the hands and face than to fight one another and the nature of male aggression bears that out. Our nature as humans is not egalitarian, it's our original sin.

But that doesn't mean we can't accept the facts and design societies that reduce the harm and give everyone a chance to be happy. We'll do so a lot more successfully if we accept our human nature. Conservative religions, which have been around for thousands of years, do this in some ways already.
