Yeah I meant that in public schools I think trans kids should be able to use the bathroom of their choice, play on the sports team of their choice, etc. And I live in the US so by "public schools" I mean government-owned schools as that's the usage over here.

And yes, I think it's fine for a trans woman to have an "F" on her passport if that's what she wants. Although really I don't see a need for sex or gender to be listed on a passport, driver's license, or birth certificate to begin with. But if it is to be listed, people should be able to decide what goes on their official records I think.

I'm a bit of a libertarian, and so I don't think it's proper for people to use the government to pressure individuals to live their lives in one way or another. If GC feminists want to create their own private institutions where they can be free from trans people I think that's fine. But we all pay taxes to the government and so the government shouldn't be favoring one group over another. In my opinion, it's simply not the government's business which restroom people use, what sex chromosomes they have, or what their genitals look like.
