Yeah it’s bizarre. It was working perfectly until it just stopped. The i in a circle only shows the SN and nothing else. I can’t skip through the setup because, when I try activating it, it says that it failed the activation (I did it through my iPad, iTunes, and wifi; nothing worked). Since it’s stuck in setup, it can’t go to the Home Screen and see the settings or dial that number. The information on my Apple account (accessed through iCloud) includes the SN and IMEI of the device. The SN is the only thing that they can verify corresponds to the phone.

Never expected something like this to happen to a 2 yr old phone that’s been taken care of well.
