“I can categorically say that I did not proposition anyone to join me in any bathroom,” Franken told HuffPost.

Well, it is completely understandable for him not to remember any of those events, not to mention particular people, but it's a problem if he can't similarly categorically deny he would ever touch another women's private areas without consent. Besides, touching women's buttocks as a form of flirting didn't become offensive just lately either, and he's married at that.
