U.S. judge: passengers in fatal Boeing 737 MAX crashes crime victims

This is important because the original plea deal - against the victims families wishes - protected Boeing from criminal prosecution.

It might not lead to justice, but at least these guys are going to have to take the stand and face the victims families for what they did.

Boeing acted despicably on all fronts, reading the internal memos where they were basically joking about how this plane was going to kill people and how they were going to hide the MCAS system so that airlines wouldn't have to train pilots on it and then after the first crash they blamed the pilots turns my stomach over.

The sheer in your face, fuck you to passenger safety while also unapologetically blaming the very people they refused to train on their new system which killed them and hundreds of innocents is beyond appalling.
