Dude Love was also supposed to be in the game, he was unlocked when you completed the Gameboy Color mode that was removed from the game. His picture and attire + taunts are in the game.

And because he was removed, it messed up playing the WWF Championship mode, when playing as Cactus Jack as the defending champion. The WWF Championship mode (defending path) is originally based off of HHH's storyline as champion during January-April 2000. One of the matches is based off HHH vs Cactus Jack. When you play the game as Cactus Jack, the game has no opponent to replace him with, because it was originally supposed to be Dude Love. You end up fighting nobody, and the path becomes impossible to progress.
