Some questions on buying first board
So about the past 6-7 years of my life I occasionally rode my brothers electric longboards but it wasn’t til’ last night when I went skateboarding around a parking deck on campus I fell in love with it.
So I want a longboard more than a skateboard because I just like the feel of them more but here are where some of my questions come.
Bamboo vs wood? Pros and cons and what’s the difference
Looking for a board that can go fast and turn well but tricks or “dancing” I could give have a shit less about. I just really want one that can turn well
My brother told me to only get the ones that are cutout decks to avoid wheel bite but I really like the classic type and fishtail design on some boards. Makes it look easier to turn.
So any suggestions based off this? I’m willing to spend up to 200
