I could see that for sure, I personally would put him in top 10 but I think the gap between 5-10 is almost nothing.

yeah he really doesn't have anything going on for him while most ultimate characters have a major strength his is pretty bad. I think it's a valid opinion.

Don't really see it I think he's a very outclassed predictable zoner but I have a friend that is also really die hard in thinking he's underrated as well maybe their is something to it I haven't really put any time or research into figuring that out.

Agreed Mewtwo has a couple of big weaknesses but his strengths I think are good enough to put him the midish tier.
