First off, I CANNOT speak on the behalf of every supporter, only myself. That said, most here (as has been my impression) understand the difference between the normal and the extreme, i.e., the normal bs the radical wahhabism.

Now yes, many here believe the religion itself, based on PURE text and independent studies of general views, is bad but those same people do realize it's the Wahhabis that take the text literally.

As for screening all Muslims, the average trump supporter is concerned that the government can't adequately screen people and separate radicals from true refugees, not that EVERY Muslim is radical. It has already been confirmed that our screening policies are inadequate so the natural response is to stop all immigration of Muslims until we can properly screen. Now, I understand where this is targeting of Muslims in general but many view that as necessary in a world is not perfect. Most Donald supporters don't wish for this, most of us truly wish we could allow free access but security for us trumps (not a pun) being politically correct and risking a threat.

Care to talk about it more at length and voice concerns? Promise no downvotes or hate from me, just a debate and, if you disagree, that's cool too. We can be rational people here.
