I was sent to one of those troubled teen wilderness camps there and then a boarding school in Provo afterwards, so here’s my perception based on that experience (I probably woulda liked it more if I got to visit on my own account and got to see the beautiful mountains y’all speak of)

The people are alright but frankly the state sucks ass except for snowboarding and winter sports. Everyone’s either a Morman or a complete square (not to mention the rampant homophobia) the minimum wage is 7.50 an hour, I’m pretty sure there’s not even weed there, and everyone just seems extremely uncultured. The amount of “beach themed” shit is crazy too, the only body of water there is a salty af shithole. Fry sauce is overrated and pickleball is a stupid sport.
