This computer is worth about $345 in used parts (if you were to buy all parts separately off this subreddit, this is about how much it would cost). Please realize that typically prebuilts run for about 80% of this price. Don't expect to make a profit here, if you want to make a profit, sell to people who *don't know what they are doing...
