I love that our guys are willing to put so much on the line to win including their body, but it gives me mixed feelings. The part where he says it doesn’t matter if he can’t walk at 60 if he left it all on the field made me think twice. I love these guys because of the sport they play, and the violent nature of the sport is why I like it. A lot of these guys really will be dealing with serious repercussions of playing the game later in life, and I can’t help but wonder if they will look back with some regret once they are dealing with the aftermath. Call me what you want but as a guy who played from pee wees through high school, it’s not a sport I will encourage my son to play and it makes me feel selfish watching these boys. Injuries like Marcus’s nerve damage will probably follow him the rest of his life and you have to ask yourself if the millions are worth it. Rant over. I still love this team and Titan the fuck up
