I can see why this has happened. I'm in a women's refuge, obviously won't say where for safety reasons. There is a really unfit mother here. She is doped up to the eyeballs on antidepressants and like a zombie. Outside is a two lane road with a 40mph speed limit. Just outside the front garden gate. Her 1 and 3 year old boys got into thar road. Luckily they didn't get hit and a kind man guided them back across the road. The staff called Social Services. Just the other day her 1 year old burnt his hand on her hair straighteners. The 6 and 7 year olds constantly bang the heavy fire doors so much that they don't shut properly. A child is going to lose a finger or worse soon. The mother smokes and leaves her lighter and bleach within reach of the youngest children. There are so many things, the other women and I are scared for her children. Social Services tried to get her evicted from the refuge but management wouldn't allow it. They flooded the house and it's only a matter of time before they set something on fire.
