I play as the Soviet Union and together with the French Commune I basically control half the world, but am unfortunately in an endless war(French civil war because of Communist revolution) against the other half of the globe.

So then this fun thing happens where all of a sudden the leadership of the French Commune changes and they in one day leave the Comintern and join the Allies.

Now I'm basically in a situation where the French(funnily enough they are still Communist) execute Order 66 against me, because our armies are fighting together all over the world.

Anybody know why this happens in the first place and if there is any way to prevent it when I go back to an earlier save or something?
