The only thing I have seen worse is the us government treasury direct website. They require you to use the shitty keyboard in their website. There is no paste or other way to enter a password.
Let's secure a site that could hold many thousands of dollars in a way that encourages the use of a simpler password.
I can't say that I've had the displeasure of ever using that particular website logon page, but I do deal with similar government websites, where you cannot paste a copied password into the password field.
Long ago, I found that KeePass'es auto-type still works, and since KeePass lets you change the auto-type sequence on demand, although it's cumbersome, it works well.
{USERNAME}{TAB}{TAB}{PASSWORD}
{PASSWORD{TAB}{PASSWORD}
etc.
