The gearshift design is exactly like a volume control knob and it's places only half an inch from it

I agree with you, but I think you are missing perspective on how cars with screens are handled. You took dynamic too literally, or rather broadly. Design choices are conscious and can be handled well or poorly regardless of platform. Screens provide a lot of freedom for designers. If you've got an Android with the old navigation bar, your fingers are probably used to pressing the back button without thinking. On Windows, your hands know to go to the top right to close. Same logic with car screens.

I was lucky enough to have parents who can afford a Tesla Model 3. On that car, the gear shift and wipers are on the stalks behind the wheel. On the screen there is a navigation portion that is dedicated to dynamic info, new windows, settings, music, etc. And there's a left and bottom portion of the screen. The bottom portion is like your Windows taskbar, it has the same settings in the same order, with little popups when you press on them. On the left is your car visualization with a battery, notifications, speedometer, etc. These two portions stay consistent regardless of what button you press.

Now this is not universal, that all screens will be designed this way, in fact many are designed like phones, where you want to see everything on the whole screen. This is shit design, but implementation is what matters, not that it's a touchscreen.
