Could someone more knowledgeable please help me with some pocket knife purchasing advice? I recently broke my old Kershaw I had for years and alas, they don't make it anymore. I've been through over half a dozen knives since then and haven't found anything satisfactory. It will be used in a very rough environment.

My requirements are no spring flipper whatever kind of knife. I hate the stupid locks and have had a few open in my pockets. I'm an adult and can handle opening a knife without assistance. Thumb open has always worked fine for me.

Decent sized blade. Nothing crazy, but not looking for a knife for ants. I'd say 3" blade length minimum. Half serrated would be nice, but not a necessity. Prefer it not to be a tanto style blade.

Reversible pocket clip, or one that is on the opposite side from the pivot point.

Nothing too thick. Don't need thick slabs of wood riveted to the frame. Is going to be in my pocket so the thinner the better.

Prefer under $100, but may wiggle a bit on the price for something worth it. I keep looking and buying knives off amazon only to be disappointed. At least all my friends are armed now with the knives I've been passing out like candy. Thanks in advance guys!
