Guaranteed Almighties is one the best possible pulls. It’s a set full of generalist ubers, and all of them shine in at least one niche. Aphrodite is considered the best sniper in the game, and Amaterasu is one of the best generalists. DDon’t do 11-Deaw uberfest, as there’s never a guarantee. However, I’d advise to spend rare tickets on Uberfest. You have one great rare and super rare- Artist and Figure Skating (Hacker is also brilliant, but only in True Form). You should level them up ASAP. As far as Kubiluga does, he diesn’t need to go past lvl10, as he doesn’t have any statistical value, and is used primarily for cheesing. Increased damage can ruin it.
