Weekly /r/techtheatre - NO STUPID QUESTIONS Thread for the week of February 06, 2019

Sorry, meant to say worse. Missed the S I guess...

But yeah... Me... I was just being sarcastic. :-P

Basically I have a diploma in tech theatre from a locally respected college, and when I did work experience at a little festival, even though I know full well how to coil a cable I wanted to check the guy who owned the festival's stuff didn't do it a different way, so I asked him how you coil a cable.

I'm just thinking now he's going to think I have no idea what I'm doing. So I was thinking would it be worse to just do it the way I always have (hold one end in hand, create loop it around in the air and keep doing that until you reach the end, then tape in the middle of the ends) or is it better to check they use the same method so you don't have to re-coil it their way.
