[MEDIATION] Mikealo looks at Raphaela who now wears a new mask. it's a gold and white tiger maske. She stairs down Mike with a fire in her eyes ready to become stronger. "Ok time to start stretching. We need to limber up before we can punch each other in the face." Raphaela agrees with Mikealo then they begin there pre-training stretch. Mike starts by touching his the tips off his toes for thirty seconds to stretch out his hamstrings. Raphaela mirrors Mike's movements. She struggles with the stretch and only just makes it up to thirty but manages to pull through mirroring almost Mike's movements perfectly. Mike looks at the girl doing great stretches but his eyes begin to explore Raphaelas body, but his mind snaps him back into reality. "Now is not the time to think like that, we are warriors here to train in the art of combat. I must show her and her well maintained body respect." Mike struggles against who he is showing great will. "Ok next we will stretch are arms" Mike puts his arm behind his hand then the other behind his back then locks both of them together holding them in place. "Alright do the same thing as me." Raphaela attempts the same stretch but can't get her arms to connect. Mike now done with his thirty seconds moves over to help Raphaela who is almost getting the hang of it. "From the looks of it, your tendons don't want to stretch that fair." Mike says as he looks at the struggling girl. He places his hands on her wrists and begins to slowly pull them together. Raphaela trips her teeth in pain. But once her hands are above one another she grabs a hold of them keeping them there. "Ok, we only have to hold this for thirty seconds" Mike says supportivly. Mike starts counting as he holds her trying to help her as she deals with the pain. "Once I get through this you arms will fell like noodles. Then we can train." Mike counts to twenty and see that Raphaela struggling is starting to slow down. Mike counts up to thirty and let's go of Raphaelas arms.

[SPARRING] once Raphaela was released she turned around and punched Mike in the face. Mike was not ready to be punched and got a fist full of tiger punch.
