What aircraft did they fire up at Donaldson around 8 this morning?

I had a similar problem in North Charleston/Charleston along I-26 last year. The overhead signs on this stretch of interstate are not reflective at night (signs are obviously decades old so the mounted lights are supposed to light the signs up) and very hard to see at night and forget about the rain. I called the SCDOT close to a dozen times and they claimed “nothing we can do about the lights they can’t be fixed”. Well I wrote a very nice formal letter expressing my “deep concerns” about these lights and safety on the interstate and how it is “unacceptable” as a tax payer that that is the answer. I sent the letter to the local SCDOT office with a cc copy to the head of the SCDOT in Columbia cc copy to the Mayor of North Charleston a Cc copy to the Mayor of Charleston a cc copy to my local state rep and finally a cc copy to Governor McMaster (mailed to his office). 2 weeks later every over head sign has the lights fixed shining bright. And here I thought they could not be fixed? LOL at the laziness of the SCDOT
