What do you think are inherent fundamental flaws of all humans?

We can so easily fool ourselves about why we believe what we believe. On one side of the border, you are taught capitalism is true, on another side nazism is true, on another side communism is true. This is not to equate these belief systems, but simply to point out that by geographical accident we live in different governmental systems, with different belief, concepts and ideas.

I suspect as history has shown, that in many cases people will believe what the propaganda and prevsiling wisdom of those around them believe. Some may go along to get along, but others will go along because they believe or want to believe they are the noble or correct side of history.

The legitimacy or authenticity of those belief systems often has absolutely no bearing on what the popularion of different countries believe, therefore we should be fully aware of just how malleable the human mind is.

Freedom of speech is one thing, and a wonderful thing in my opinion. Freedom of thought is quite another, and people are manipulated by the culture they live in, whether they like to admit it or not, whether or not its prevailing wisdom is perfectly valid or not.
