We are still progressing, the benzos try to trick us when we overcome new obstacles. The "traps" I managed to avoid, because I recognized the "new" withdrawal effects as "lesser".

Constant panick goes away -> I feel majorly depressed.

Major depression chills down, I feel useless and like a lazy cunt.

The benzos are hardwired to pull any trick to make you go back. One time I had a toothache and thought "maybe a Rivo would help?" and it calmed down. Just the anticipation of me thinking it soothed the benzos.

I recognized it and managed to understand it, and it calmed down. The benzos will try anything, look out for these traps mate! Much love<3
