What are some numbers stations that are still active?

In fact, you have a contradiction here in what little information you have posted. Your statement that "banning people for trying to decode numbers stations or military broadcasts is for their own good" is incompatible with "having even more good content and information than" Priyom, because you cannot have more and better information than a site which doesn't exclude any information whatsoever.

Your site is limited to (X amount of information minus information which you have banned), which is necessarily less than Priyom, because Priyom has no such limitation.

Also this weird and funny sort of claim that "getting into trouble" for decoding messages... I really don't know what to make of this, because it's just so clumsy and odd and funny. Just very amateur hour and honestly kinda suspiciously dumb. Please don't take that as an insult, because I'm not saying you are dumb. Just that perhaps you might want to rethink this policy, if you really desire to create a site that will be taken seriously by the broader community of people interested in numbers stations.

To put that another way, by selectively enforcing ban policies, and selectively including or excluding people for arbitrary reasons ("for their own good" is super arbitrary), you have made your site untrustworthy. People have good reason not to trust the information on your site, and I strongly suspect that this conversation will result in my being banned, as well. Which just further demonstrates what I'm saying about your site being untrustworthy.

Also, I have no skin in this game, but listen... Trying to decode numbers station messages will not actually get anyone into any trouble whatsoever, BUT violating copyright by stealing intellectual property will. So if you are using information from another source with their permission, you need to attribute that source, or you could face legal sanctions. Copyright and so-called "intellectual property" law is one of the few areas of law with enormous and widespread international cooperation. Just some advice.
