What are you willing to do that 99% of people would be too afraid to?

just my two cents: my boyfriend eats candy for breakfast. he's the skinniest guy I know. and I'm pretty thin and I've kind of adapted my eating habits to his (I know..pretty bad, I want to be healthy I swear) and we eat a lot of gross food, but Ive actually lost weight because I'm less stressed and obsessed with being healthy and thinking about food, and I eat less in general

to each their own, it's all individual :) , also I'm just an extreme case. there are plenty of healthy people and thin people that eat junk food in moderation and are absolutely fine

yes, too much junk food often spurs one to eat more 'empty' (i.e not filling) calories and eat more, but for some people that doesn't happen (that used to happen to me..it doesn't happen to me, my boyfriend eat small portions naturally I guess haha), but in moderation it's very..mentally healthy I would say, for me, and many people, it's healthy to indulge every now and then :)

I know reddit likes black and white viewpoints but, things like this...just wow, I see people getting judged all the time for their eating choices and it just seems ridiculous to me, it's such a personal thing, and we all act so self-righteous here like we just magically somehow KNOW what is better for someone than they do and we assume the worst about people (the top response to the comment was.. 'are you obese?' lol (of course the OP was the complete opposite) the amount of skinny people I know who eat like shit is TOO HIGH..we are so afraid of fat and judgmental of fatness here we can't even accept that eating weird disgusting junk food combinations can be a joy AND AN HONOR at any weight, in any state of health!!!!!

THIS IS MY JUNK FOOD MANIFESTO, GO FORTH AND EAT CHEEZ-ITS (unless that's not right for your life path and your goals...we don't all need to eat junk food, but no need to fear it if you don't have to)
