I like how you think you’re some crafty bastard that’s figured something out that everyone else is too stupid to understand. Those people aren’t idiots for buying games with MTX in them. In 99% of games, even EA games, it’s completely cosmetic crap that doesn’t have any impact on anything.

Barring GTAVO there’s basically zero pay to win AAA titles or AAA titles lacking in content because of MTX. The only one that really qualifies as a nickle and dime scheme is Black Ops 4 which is a full 60 dollar title that cut its campaign, has a Fortnite style tier system, paid cosmetics, and 99% of the DLC characters and maps are locked behind a pass that costs almost as much as the game itself.

That’s the only actual offender in years. Even EA gives out their DLC for free now.
